However, if you are playing on a device that does not have an inverted camera, you will not be able to do this. If the camera icon is not present while taking a picture of your pet, you will not be able to use this feature and will have to turn the device around to face the camera.

Troubleshooting

  • Loading issues are often caused by not having enough space on your device for Create and Play to load all of the colorful content waiting to be explored!

Try clearing up some space on your device (at least 2.5GB), you can do this by deleting pictures, videos or other apps. The app may take some time to download even after clearing up some space. Check back in to see if your colorful experiences have finished loading!

If you need any further assistance, you can use this link to contact customer support.

  • We’ve learned some devices will not play sound in the app if the device is set on vibrate. Try turning this setting off, and try using the sound feature in the app again.

If you have an iPad you can check if the "Bell" icon in the utility pull down menu has been turned off. Use your finger to pull down the right hand upper corner of the iPad screen and make sure the Bell icon is not red/selected. Ensure this icon is not selected and return to the app.

If you are not on an iOS device or the sound issue persists, run through these steps to check if the sound was turned off within the app:

    Here are the steps:

    1. Open Create and Play app, go to the Parent section and enter in parent’s birthday

    2. Click Settings on the top tap

    3. Check both Sound Effects and Game Music are selected

If this does not cause any sound to be heard then you can move the small sound switch on the side of your device, doing this should cause a small notification to tell you the sound has been turned on/off the sound was turned on or off.
