Crayola Apps and Starlight Children’s Foundation Deliver Creativity & Play to Kids in Hospitals

That’s why Red Games Co. is proud to partner with Starlight Children’s Foundation to bring free access to two beloved Crayola apps — Crayola Create and Play and Crayola Scribble Scrubbie Pets — to children and families across Starlight’s hospital network.
Launching just ahead of International Day of Play on June 11, this partnership celebrates the important role creativity and play can have in helping children feel comforted, connected, and inspired.
Bringing More Colorful Moments to Kids
Starlight offers its play-based programs, now including these two beloved Crayola apps, free of charge to its nationwide network of over 800 children’s hospitals and pediatric care facilities.
Play can make a big difference for children during hospital stays by helping children cope with stress and anxiety, process emotions, and build trust with care teams. Whether it’s a moment to laugh, create, explore, or simply feel like a kid again, creative play helps bring comfort and connection when children need it most.
Child Life Specialists work every day to support the emotional well-being of hospitalized children and their families by providing resources, encouragement, and moments of joy.
